Not working as especies

DiggyTron

I am a consumer and I as a consumer do hook up my headset to my computer for Skype/Hangouts/WebEx and Zoom calls. However the app doesn’t acknowledge this connection. I run into issue of it not giving the clear voice connection so I have to open my phone go to the app and see if it’s paired. Sometimes the Elite headset doesn’t connect and I have to either close the app and open it back up. Or unpair repair the the Bluetooth. I have other issues where I am connected to my Mac or PC and. Listening to YouTube the audio speeds up and cuts out or will crackle. As a consumer not a business person this is horrible. And I’m supieses that many people haven’t said anything. Any person on the street will tell you if I am paying 300 dollars for a head set it should work with any device I own. I have sent a message to support and they said “This is a consumer device and not used for business”. Anyone will tell you that if I am just termal person using this device or student in my case then why can’t it be connected to my laptop. I don’t carry two phones around all day. Sorry but support here is not what I expected.

Doesn’t work

Dan Salamone

The app no longer connects to the headset. I have the elite active 65 and it stopped even connecting to the app. I’ve deleted and tried reinstalling multiple times and it continues to ask me to pair it. It’s paired to my phone but not the app? How to fix this if it’s even possible

Good but needs a few features

ABAT1023

Headphone: Elite 85h. App is ok, I mostly like the customizations for voice calls. A couple of issues that need to be worked out though. Connectivity issues happen often where the app does not recognize the headphone as connected, even though it is connected (possibly the Bluetooth LE part). Please add ability to manage Bluetooth connections (similar to Bose and Cortana apps). The Elite 85h is able to connect to 8 devices, but with many devices previously connected laying around the office or at home, it’s difficult to know which ones are connected. The headphone only says “two devices connected” so at the minimum please make it say the names of the devices. If I want to connect another device, I have to disconnect one of the two already connect, then connect the other. It won’t connect to a new device and automatically drop and replace one of the connections. Sometimes I have to go device hunting to see what it’s connected to (iMac, surface, iPhone, iPad)

Earbuds sensors don’t recognize my ears

Obstructed

I have to turn them on and off might return them not sure if they are defective or just how they are can you deactivate the sensors?

????

Drew137373

I have no complaints at all with the app Good job guys

Pass through volume control removed

Drty Jrze

You have 10 days to restore the volume or I’m returning the product (Active 65T). Pass through is worthless without the volume control and is one of the main reasons I purchased. Update: Now the app doesn’t connect to headphones, even though music is playing through them. It’s not the headphones, it’s Jabra. Returning and will buy another brand.

Won’t recognize paired headset

thom-katsu

I would give this app zero stars because it won’t connect to my paired Jabra Elite Active 45e, but I have to assign at least one. This app is effectively a guide on how to pair a Bluetooth device :/

Updates ruin the headphones.

P-Stone

These were great earbuds but one of the most recent updates made it so the right headphone is about half the volume of the left.

App no longer identifies my Elite 45e after latest update

17Zero7

Each update makes the app worse. After connecting and disconnecting app no longer identifies nor connects to my device.

Item Active 65t no longer recognized

MGRMLN

Not sure what happened, but now my Elite Active 65t are no longer recognized. Is there a manual way to do this? What gives?
