Never works

I’ve had the device and the app for about 2 weeks, and every time I go to do a scan on myself it never allows me to do it. It either just stays on the client page while I continue to press “scan now” or it just crashes and closes the app all together. If I’m paying $40 a month for the device I should be getting superior service to use it. I was hoping to use this at an upcoming oil event but I can’t trust the app to follow through with scanning new clients. I will be cancelling shortly.

Last update erased all my clients and if I scan a new one, it doesn’t save. Also doesn’t email reports. Please fix!
Frustrating.

I love the results I get, and they seem to be accurate. This app, however, is probably he most frustrating app I’ve ever used. EVERY single time I come to use it, there’s something wrong. Either my client list is showing everyone twice, or showing none at all. Or it shows I haven’t done previous scans on the clients I scan regularly. SO frustrating. I’ve done all the updates, which is the only feedback I’ve received when calling customer service.

Sometimes the app shows my client list, sometimes not. It opens. It doesn’t open. I feel silly in front of clients when I want to look confident and professional about the itovi. Hard to do when the app doesn’t cooperate.

The app itself is very user friendly and has so many features that make customizing the report for each individual client a breeze! The support they have on staff at iTOVi is five stars in its self, very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get ahold of and more than willing to help with any of my needs. That’s actually the quickest way I found out how to navigate the site was by just calling!!! After that I found out so many features included in the app that I didn’t even know of.

I’ve owned an ITOVi for 2 years. It has helped my business and my family make personalized ER orders. This saves both time and money by targeting our purchases to those that will be the most beneficial. However, there are some app issues. It keeps dropping my client list and will not send out their results unless I add a note! It causes some people to question the validity of the ITOVi when it’s really just an app problem. Hopefully they can fix these bugs. I’ve tried updating but it hasn’t helped.

Every time I go to settings and scan, I get kicked off and the app shuts down. Please fix!
Not as user friendly as before

First off...yay that I have my scanner back!!! Woohoo!!! So, the scanner itself doesn’t feel as solid as the original. The design is good, just feels like it may break over long use. Just my opinion. The app...yuck! The new interface is not as informative right from the go. You have to click each product before you can see the icons : emotion, environmental or physical. You also can no longer sort by those categories. The email that was sent to my client only had 3 oils listed, even though we scanned for 10. They also cannot access any of the info beside the product name unless they go to the website. My email format was not what I set it as within the app...message was wrong and no links to my social media that I added, also referral link remains even though I unchecked the option to include it. Overall, everything about the new scanner and app is a little disappointing. I am, however very happy to be able to scan my family and clients again! So thankful for the technology!!!!
