Error Message from New App

New app returns red screen NoSuchMethod error. The error message appears on multiple iPhones so it’s not just me. No one available for technical support. With this device being more expensive than an iPhone or iPad I expect better.
Red page
I love oils
Was so excited to get my itovi for my birthday, but when I try to scan I just get a red page about “products on report”. I can’t even scan?.
What happened to the icons?

I have v3.0.4 software. It no longer shows the icon with EACH product showing whether that product/oil is for emotional, environmental or physical. Also missing for method of use! Both were helpful to know! Especially if someone has to limit the amount of their purchase. No longer shows icons for recommended method of use for each product/oil: THAT makes a huge difference in effectiveness!
Now I have to pay for what used to be accessible

I used to have access to all the oils information within the app. Now, with the new update, I have to pay a monthly fee to see all the info. I paid a lot of money for the scanner for a lifetime of access to the tool and now I have to pay MORE.
This app is amazing!

I love this app! It provides so much info and is incredibly accurate. I had lost my voice and found Myrhh was the one to take on the essential life app. Then I scanned myself with the iTOVi, and what did it come up with? Myrhh! Also I love the way it gives so much info about each oil and supplement, and the emotional side of the oils is my favourite! This has now become my my favourite app! Well done!
Monthly Fee, seriously?!

I spent a lot of money investing in the iTOVi scanner to use for myself and for my business. I am not happy at ALL with the new monthly fee for using the features of the updated app. Of course they let you use it for a few weeks for free and then all of a sudden, oh you have to pay to use this now. I don’t care if its only $4 a month, as someone that paid for the machine out-right, I should not have to keep paying to use it. Poor decision iTovi.

I have had the iTOVi for several years now and have walked through multiple upgrades and other changes with them. Every new event included excellent communication and customer service. This is a company that truly embraces a customers first policy. In addition, the iTOVi scan gives such incredible insights into what will bless each person’s body! This has been a huge help to growing my business and in staying healthy!
