Love it, but the latest update...

I love my iTovi and use it daily. But the update that just came out in the last couple days has taken away the ability to tap the wheel to see the categorical breakdown. Now you have to scroll through the list (several swipes to see all of it!) and tap each one to see the breakdown. Why!? Please bring it back the way it was. It would also be great to have a listing of what has changed with the update and how to find each aspect. That is not clear at all.

Doesn't load my scans. Only loads & old ones from my other family members. I have to keep reloading from emails. Doesn't save picture of me on my profile. Have to put one in every time I open the app.

Numerous hiccups with reports and emails not being sent. In addition really need away to print client reports especially when emails don’t work.
App crashes… :-/

Been using this app for years, and this month rendered inoperable

Don’t recommend this application to anyone. It has progressively gotten worse since the FDA shut it down. The application updates that come across have been progressively been downgrading it until it is no longer useful or operable. Went in this week, and tried to use, and years of reports are no longer accessible. When contacting tech support the standard answer is delete application, reinstall, then turn off device. Anyone that knows technology knows that those are standard steps, and they didn’t work (btw). Not sure who is running this circus, but no one helpful for sure. Will be cancelling subscription post-haste as the oils I’m recommending for myself is probably more helpful than what they need to sell for the next “big” oil. Some oils “disappeared” from the scan for no good reason, and some oils that are no longer available are still recommended. WORST!

I have found that using the iTOVi Scanner has been helpful for it only myself but as a way to expand discussions regarding the benefits of using essential oils to support both physical and emotional health. Thank you iTOVi!
Not worth $29.99 per month

I was hoping you would fix the bug I’ve been living with for weeks, but this latest update did not address it. When I try to look at past scans, nothing shows up! Sometimes if I mess around with it and click on other functions, eventually the reports will show up, but for $29.99 per month, this is ridiculous! Also, as a DoTERRA oil user, there are SO many products that you don’t include in your database. I spoke with someone about this and they said you don’t add the LTO oils. Why not? Many of us have them and would like to know when it’s best to use them. I think I’m done wasting my money on a product/service that’s only interested in putting out new reports and things for people to buy then serving your longtime clients.
