App failing to start

Getting a message stating that I’ve found a bug and the app closes. I can’t read my report

Upsetting to not be able to access my scans or my account. Message read there is a bug and to close the app and reopen. I’ve done this multiple times and the app still crashes.
Not happy- location must be on to scan????

Not happy with the new update. After years of using my iTOVi scanner the location must be turn on to scan, no. Not acceptable, I do not consent. You don’t need to know where I am to scan my body. This must be changed
App not working

App has gotten so bad. Takes forever to switch pages. And now it won’t let me log out. That click doesn’t even work. It’s draining my battery. Reading all the other issues is making me want to drop this service.

I’ve been using the iTOVi scanner for 2 years now. It has been an amazing guide for me and excellent resource. I’d absolutely recommend it!
Confused

I’m getting back into using my iTOVi scanner and I’m confused on how to read the results. Before the report would say how I needed to use my oils and products either physically, emotionally or environmentally. Now, I’m not sure how to read the charts or what the product I’m scanned for is trying to help with. Some clarity would be appreciated. Also I just scanned for Holiday Peace and the description talks about Holiday Joy, so that needs to be fixed.

App keeps saying “you found a bug” and then closes! Ok update, app not working on phone but worked on ipad. But i dont like the way it displays thr oils and info, i feel like the old version was better.

I HATE that I have to pay for this month after month. And so often it’s a problematic app That doesn’t always work - but other than that I’m happy with it

I get a red page with a null error message when I try to scan. This product is way too expensive for it to not work. ???
