Not the best ... constant throttling ?

It was okay when I first got it but they’ve been inconsistent recently with mobile access updates and I’m experiencing more and more problems with throttling and complete disconnects frequently; both on my smartphone and my laptop. Unacceptable.

Been in Korea for 6months, worked great the first month. Then it stop functioning. I would change the server to Boston, California, Atlanta....HBO and Disney just showed error issues. I will cancel my account when my contract is up.

I getting tired of IPVanish disconnecting from my phone . I’ll be choosing a new VPN soon. I’m not going to pay for something that doesn’t work properly,,, would you ? Example you buy a new car that only starts once in awhile or you get it started and it quits running. Do you keep that car and hope for the best or dump it and buy a different car ? You’ll buy a different car because the one you had had serious issues and the company who built it wouldn’t correct those issues. Thank You IPVanish VPN

Time to leave IPVanishVPN, as they just don’t care about their customers anymore!! Crashes all the time! As a tester for them, I am dropping them, because the staff just doesn’t care anymore!! They just can’t even get to the smallest of issues, much less, they can’t even read the diagnostic reports on issues, it’s all just automatic garbage that is for the dummies out there! I AM HEADING TO ANOTHER VPN COMPANY! As they totally $uck at customer service!! As of January 1, 2021, their servers just keep dropping for no reason, and they are not willing to look into that at all!! It used to be a very reliable product, but not anymore!! Find another VPN service, as you can’t depend on the connection any longer!! Bye bye! Since they are loosing customers, they have only have half as much customers as as they did in 2020! COMPLETE GARBAGE!
Inconsistent to the point it’s unusable

On-demand never works on its own. When I try to connect to the vpn without on-demand it connects for a moment and then disconnects within minutes. I do not recommend this vpn as of right now
Awful it’s not working at all! I paid 100$ for it!
