Not the best ... constant throttling ? – IPVanish: IP Location Changer Review

It was okay when I first got it but they’ve been inconsistent recently with mobile access updates and I’m experiencing more and more problems with throttling and complete disconnects frequently; both on my smartphone and my laptop. Unacceptable.
