Live chat customer service is very frustrating to deal with. Kept getting disconnected from the representative prior to resolution of any issues. Even at Queue position 1, I was waiting extended periods just to finish with the original issues.

Server location is inaccurate using automatic location service. When server location chosen results are still inaccurate when compared to other services.
