Poor consumer assistance
it wont take ant mickname
I have tried to pay off 2 of my collections but no one will respond to me about how to do it. They tell me to contact an agent which I emailed and they give me a case number but don’t tell me what to do to pay these off. My phone number and address have changed and I have let them know but still no response. I have called the original creditors but they won’t deal with this because they are in collections.

I think this bad because it is supposed to help people with credit problems but all y’all is promote high interest rates credit cards and not enough stuff to help raise their credit score

If you use the app to apply for let’s say car insurance. It will back out completely if the screen times out! I don’t even know if I have car insurance right now

I have never missed a payment you don’t keep track of anything in fact I would rather you didn’t even have my credit score it’s the way you got me I’m horrible on Experian I’m around 800 with you I’m 729 you are garbage you better check my credit and get me put back where Experian has me I am going to start writing the Better Business Bureau because of the way you people grade credit it is unfair because somebody checks on me you put me down 10 or 15 points and never raise it back up you better check you got me on too many automobilePayments stop your garbage and get my score where it should be. I just checked the scores again they’re the same you are sorry my credit report at Experian is 819 you do not check things very well I want nothing to do with you I want my scores I want my credit reports taken away from you. I want nothing more to do with you
