Best app ever I always get notified whenever my score changes. Including approval odds for cards that are available to me.
No customer service

I’ve been locked out of my account. Password recovery doesn’t work and surprise, surprise Credit Karma has no customer service line to help with this. Email support is hardly responsive and completely inefficient. It was a good app while it was accessible but with no customer support it just belongs in the trash bin.

Misleading , very misleading! The app tells me I have great chance of approval and I apply to get denied, on other cards it says approval odds are poor but I already have the card! Tighten up y’all! U guys claim to be a help to us and really your just partnering with the creditors and gambling with our credit and our futures’ Js…. Heads up! Nerd wallet is a lot more on point!

Unable to login using iOS app. Browser on my laptop is no problem but this stupid app just gives bogus error and says to try again later. Later never works. No tech support. FAQ says to use browser on a computer. Why offer an app when it can’t be used???

I’m still not sure why my credit score dropped just because I have bought a car. We are still paying our bills and spending the same.
