Mediocre App

mal-entine14

I really liked the app at first but now it’s very glitchy. Wont let me access my account at all through the app and it’s not a password problem because I logged in through the website. Honestly annoyed with the app due to the fact that I have not been able to sign in for a month or two now.

Is getting better

Need accuracy

nyny7117

A few times the report went down a lot of points on the wrong dates and everything keeps switching up a lot with your score system it has been quite a few errors starting to become unhappy I should be able to push my my credit score more

Keeps me aware...

SuznSl

Credit Karma is always keeping me posted on any changes to my credit score. I love the detail I find on the app as far as changes to my score, reasons for those changes, tips on helping improve my score and more. Plus I wanted a way to pay off my mortgage more quickly and I found a company that could help with refinancing. They had excellent ratings and the most friendly and helpful gentleman, with whom I worked with. On top of all that, it’s FREE! I highly recommend Credit Karma to add to your financial needs.

Great for monitoring

pattij11222299

Credit Karma is great for monitoring your credit. The app is easy to use, easy to understand and has some great tips. The only problem is the score you see here, is most likely higher than your actual fico score that banks use. My suggestion, pay for a three-bureau fico score/report only when you need to know your actual score. Otherwise, stick with the free monitoring and alerts with Credit Karma!

Beware of prequalified offers that say they won’t run your credit

Stephers910

Many of the prequalified offers that are listed state that your credit score won’t be impacted with the “click here” to see your rate lead in. This is false...because I tried to “check the rate” only, my credit score has taken a hit from too many inquiries. Use caution with their misleading info regarding NO impact on your credit score. I’ve deleted the app and closed my account for that!!

Points don’t make sense

stupidapp2021

My points dropped 71 points because I moved a balance from one credit card to another credit card with 0 credit card balance increase. Only to decrease my percentage of interest that I’m paying and they penalize me for this? Starting to think that this app is a joke?
