Completely unstable on iPhone X

Freezes phone on initial launch. Crashes frequently. Behaves erratically when retrieving purchases. Very disappointing given the monthly cost of the service.

I used this app about 10 times over a 6 month period for work and it worked fine. A few times the info provided was lacking, but for the most part I was satisfied. I'm not sure what happened with the app, but the last 3-4 times I've tried to unlock a profile the app shows a message stating the profile was unlocked, but there was a problem and to try again later. I tried again later and no dice. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The part that annoys me is I still ended up paying for each profile. Not a reliable app at all.

I’ve paid to unlock three numbers within the last week and I get a message telling me that I should retry later. It charges people to unlock and it doesn’t do that. It keeps repeating the same try again later message over and over.

I have been using this app since the iPhone 3G. I purchase a new device every year & have made countless in app purchases with this app. Roughly 8-9 years of unlocking numerous individuals profiles. I got a new device a few weeks back. However, today at my attorneys office I signed in and attempted to access some of the unlocked profiles I had just unlocked in the last 5-6 months. Well there isn’t a single purchase or unlocked profile in my account anymore. 8 years gone... Called the customer service number listed online and the representative was clueless and passed me on to Apple for assistance. Apple isn’t the developer! How would they restore my in app purchases through a third party app? Apple was not able to help me and now I have no recourse for years of lost data. Every one of my other apps has all the data from my previous device. DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU RELY ON IT FOR YOUR BUSINESS OR LIVELIHOOD. TERRIBLE. UPDATE: I was sent numerous emails from Intelius saying I have never made any in app purchases. Sent them the order ID #s from Apple and NO REPLY NOW.

After spending an hour online I finally figured out you can no longer get free addresses from whitepages.com, 411.com, etc which I've always relied on. Downloaded this and was easily able to once again locate addresses to send out our Christmas thank you cards :) thank you!
