Not so great. 50% accurate and then they want more money for a more in depth search and then are you really getting something you can rely o ?

Getting your info removed

I was amazed at how unhelpful they are when requesting to remove my personal information, I was hung up on.. then when I called back I waited on hold for over half hour (and still counting) there is no option on the app to request to have your info removed off their database. ( it’s a complete mission to do it from the app obv designed that way but other companies similar have made it way easier and they are more accommodating)

This app, has many technical problems. I was charged for a full month and I couldn't access the paid features. I continue to have many technical problems. Many of the numbers, emails and people I've looked up are NOT found. Don't waste your money with this junk service.

I have been using this app since the iPhone 3G. I purchase a new device every year & have made countless in app purchases with this app. Roughly 8-9 years of unlocking numerous individuals profiles. I got a new device a few weeks back. However, today at my attorneys office I signed in and attempted to access some of the unlocked profiles I had just unlocked in the last 5-6 months. Well there isn’t a single purchase or unlocked profile in my account anymore. 8 years gone... Called the customer service number listed online and the representative was clueless and passed me on to Apple for assistance. Apple isn’t the developer! How would they restore my in app purchases through a third party app? Apple was not able to help me and now I have no recourse for years of lost data. Every one of my other apps has all the data from my previous device. DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU RELY ON IT FOR YOUR BUSINESS OR LIVELIHOOD. TERRIBLE.
