App stopped working – Intelius Search Review

I used this app about 10 times over a 6 month period for work and it worked fine. A few times the info provided was lacking, but for the most part I was satisfied. I'm not sure what happened with the app, but the last 3-4 times I've tried to unlock a profile the app shows a message stating the profile was unlocked, but there was a problem and to try again later. I tried again later and no dice. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The part that annoys me is I still ended up paying for each profile. Not a reliable app at all.
