Good luck. You will notice the only good reviews are those they clearly wrote themselves. You know how you read a review of someone whining in a review and it’s very clear they are butt hurt and in the wrong? I wish this was that. I wish it was my own stupidity. But this app is bad and their help is even worse. Somehow I’m suppose to be ok with an app that doesn’t show any payments I make...and their response 3 weeks later is to say to make sure I sign into my account when I make a payment. As if I can sign into my account without signing in?!? Next they told me that if I want a payment to show I shouldn’t use the app I should use a computer. Because apparently they don’t understand what a web browser is or how it works? Doesn’t matter if I use a computer. An app. A shoe. I get the same wrong I formation. But don’t worry. They will waste your time on hold and send you emails saying how important this is to them to resolve. At this point it’s easier for me to drive my payment to the hospital.
No Apple Pay integration!!

Seriously??!! You make an IOS app quick pay for Medical bills and don’t include Apple Pay Integration? This app was painful to pull up my bill and enter information on. It was not very intuitive at all. When asking for patient information you could at least include an info box explaining where to look on the bill, especially since instamed is littered all over the bill. I did try scanning the bill and it did not work - so much for paying in a snap...

Incompetently designed app. Opposite of user friendly. Very hard to use finally had to quit and pay online Shame!!!

Tied using app after their horrible website wouldn’t wok, then app won’t even load. Ended up writing and mailing a check like some sort of monkey!

I normally avoid making reviews; but this app is poorly designed. Made a typo when entering basic account information with no way to go back and edit? What gives?
Automatic fields incorrect

Unfortunately not a ‘snap’ to pay. Once I scanned my bill it incorrectly auto filled names, account numbers, email addresses etc with words like ‘automated’, or something like ‘pleasepaythefullamount’ etc. The amount field was populated with the full bill amount instead of what my portion is after insurance payed (which were both clearly marked on the bill). If I were not paying attention, I would have been charged the full amount instead of billed amount. That would have been a headache. But, thanks for saving me the stamp. Ok one last thing-you want me to use a nickname to go with my review and ‘ugh’, ‘seriously ‘, ‘howboutthisone’, ‘chimichanga’, ‘mom’, ‘mom4’, ‘froglegs’, are all taken?!!!
