Horrible

u2bigg

Both my bill and the app said I should be able to “take a picture of this bill and pay in a snap!” Couldn’t be farther from the truth. First, it makes you set up an account. That should be an option, but not mandatory if you’re just wanting to pay a single bill “in a snap”. Then you take a picture of your bill—but their system finds all the wrong information. So you have to go through the time of entering everything yourself anyway—definitely not “in a snap”. Finally, you get to where you can pay—and it won’t take credit cards. They want your bank info. And I’m definitely not trusting that info to an app which works this poorly. You’re better off ignoring this app, and just paying your healthcare provider directly.

This app is a joke

baine2

The provider search is broken, if you select the wrong provider, you are unable to remove the provider from your dashboard. If you select the remove button, the app sends you to the make payment screen. The button doesn’t work. I was unable to remove the keyboard from the screen to view the full list of providers. If you press the help button, nothing happens. Again, the button doesn’t work. These errors were identified within the first two minutes of using the app. Horrible app this is a zero star rating!

Only if you have time to waste

I agree with most of the comments so far posted. It’s unbelievable that an app with such poor usability has been released. It seemed like first time usage and set up was going to be difficult and then it would be easy, but after spending 25 minutes to pay one bill and not succeeding because of the circular logic and disconnects in the work flow, I gave up. Anything would be easier than using this app, including driving to the provider and paying in person.

Not Easy

Although it scans my bill it insists that I use my bank account to pay. Even after I added my HSA card to my wallet it still won’t let me use it. Ended up paying the usual way. Save yourself a headache and don’t bother downloading this app and pay your usual way.

Frustrating

Scanned bill wouldn’t transfer the info so I had to enter it manually. Also tried to set up my patient account and it didn’t recognize it.

Terrible

Would never use this app, if it does not work like it should, I would never give them my account info. They will have a data breach soon. What a joke.

Terrible

This is so much work it was easier to stop 2/3 of the through and just pay my provider through my online bill pay which meant I had to enter all the info again. What a mess

Poorly designed

The designers of this app have obviously never actually used it. “Pay Bill” DOESN’T take you to a payment screen for your recurring accounts/payments. In fact, the accounts tab gives no indication that a bill can be paid there either. They really need input from the people who use it. I would never use such a poorly designed app if I didn’t have to.

Unusable

igabeau

App filled in fields with nonsense, e.g., random words from the statement in the patient name fields. The app filled in patient name as “COMPREHENSIVE EXAM”. Then after I wasted time manually correcting and filling in fields, it provides no way to pay by credit card, debit card, or HSA Account—only checking account or savings account. Total waste of time. They should hire a new tech team to design and test an app that actually functions. I tried again many months later—app not improved at all. Still unusable. I deleted it.

Took 20 minutes to TRY to do what I could’ve done in 5 or less....

Not user friendly, didn’t scan anything I attempted, wound up being forced to enter payment info (but have a card, with no card option)... Not worth the download.
