It’s secure

As a Retired Network Engineer, it’s a safe and secure App. Works great for me. I’m a Lung Cancer Survivor and this sure does make it easy to pay my medical bills and they keep coming. I’m alive and a Lung Cancer survivor and that the most important thing.

Created a login but won’t login. Total piece of you know what app. More great service from the worst medical group in Oregon - The Oregon Clinic. Stay away from them if you value your health.
Scanning almost useless

I needed to enter a lot of info by hand. Minimum convenience. Also could not use credit cards to pay. Only a bank account. I did not trust it’s security to reveal my bank account.

First step is to scan the bill. I’ve used other apps to scan documents like this hundreds of times - checks, foreign-language docs, tax forms. This app, however, put incorrect or missing information into almost every one of the dozen required fields. It’s actually more work to use the app than to not use it. JPMorgan, you’ve wasted your money.

I just downloaded this app and tried to use it to pay a doctor bill. I had it scan the bill. There are errors in the scan, some of the numbers were incorrect. It was unable to identify the patient’s name or the account number or the amount due, so I had to enter them. There was no option for Apple Pay, only blank’s for a bank withdrawal, no option for credit card. I am sorry that I wasted my time to find that this didn’t do what was advertised.

This app needs a lot of work. I am going to delete this app. I downloaded it today and it shouldn't take me this long to pay a bill. I paid online instead which is what i should have done in the first place. Developers please beta -teat before you release your applications. This was very painful to the point I gave up. Seriously, i could have written a check, addressed an envelope, stamped the envelope and walked it yo my mailbox faster than it takes to pay on this app, and it never worked after multiple attempts. Developers get your stuff together. Please! I may be critical but it is your work that is out there for eyes to see. Do better.
Just flat out does not work

Paper bill from lab told me to pay by downloading this app. It would not work taking picture of the bill and when I entered the info manually, it said “no record found”. Cool idea, executed poorly.
Worst app to pay bills ever

I have never seen a more non-user-friendly app than this one! I tried to change my payment plan and it would not let me, I tried to delete the recurring payment and my actual account and it would not let me and to top it off when I hit the help button nothing happened. What a total waste of time, instead of being more efficient I will now have to make numerous phone calls to get this resolved. Do not use!!!!
