PUT MY SH** BACK IN ORDER OR AT LEAST GIVE US THE OPTION TO CHOOSE. I DONT WANT TO SEE POSTS FROM SIX DAYS AGO JUST BECAUSE IT WAS DEEMED POPULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t follow people and pages for few months now. Always getting that same message, ACTION BLOCKED. I was writing at least 10 times to technical support and I keep reporting the problem, but same old story always.

Disappointing new features

Instagram used to be great, but the new feed features are absolutely awful and truly make the use of the Instagram very frustrating and unenjoyable 1. Seeing posts from random people within my feed: I don’t follow these people for a reason. I don’t need to see random people that I don’t even follow within my feed. Just send a notification with “suggested people to follow” and then I’ll look and see if I’m interested in any of them. Or at the very least give the user the option to disable this feature. 2. (More importantly) The feed change from chronological order to what the reader is “most interested in”. Truthfully, I’m most interested in a chronological feed. I like to see a wide variety of posts from the people I follow, and lacking chronological order prevents that and only shows me what Instagram thinks I care about. Again, just make the user have the option to sort by “Recommended” or “Chronological”. By failing to give the user the option to choose their own preferences, instagram is frustrating many of its users. Just give us the option to customize our gram to what we want. That way, everyones desires are reached and instagram has a happy user base

There are just WAY too many ads!! It’s insane! On your feed virtually every other post is an ad.... i can understand a few here and there but this is incessant! Considering just getting rid of my insta account all together

Its not like theyre just a small banner, you scroll and u see posts from people you dont even follow. Its very annoying.

I only follow 5-7 brand/celebrity pages yet the ONLY thing on my feed is their posts from up to 2 weeks back. I will have 7 posts from a brand and not see something a friend posted 20 minutes ago. This algorithm is ridiculous and favors pages with more followers. This is social media. I want to see my friends’ content.

i’m logged into three accounts for instagram, and the app is always glitching. i’ll be logged into one account but i can only see the dm’s of another account, and now i can’t see my dm’s at all on my main account.

So for some reason i don’t have the overlapping smiley face on my live which doesn’t allows me to go live with people.. how come i been getting every new update but that one? I even got the new type update that we launched but not the overlapping smiley face
