I can’t make story highlights on my account. Like there’s not even an option for it, but when I log into a different account it’s on that one. I don’t understand why I don’t get it on the one account

I updated IG and I don’t have any of the new stickers. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and redownloading it and still nothing ??♀️ I have the latest version too (version 55).
