My Instagram won’t let me put the questions feature up and I’ve been trying for the past month.
This app needs some adjustments

I cant even use the question feature on the story for some reason and it’s been that way for weeks and the order of the posts are getting bad

Had to start a new account because Instagram lost my 7 year old account and I couldn’t reactivate it. Shouldn’t offer temporary deactivation if they can’t process it properly. Terrible customer service. Correction: Absolutely no customer service. Glad Zuck lost 120 billion in a day. Mega corporations should go by the wayside since they can’t serve their users.
No Video Call Option

I still don’t have the video calling option. Even after updating the app. I badly need this feature. Pls help ??

I love Instagram, I use it all the time to talk to friends and just explore the world and such. Recently however I’ve been trying to sign into my main account and it would not let me. I’m still signed in on my iPad, which is where I changed the password and such to see if that would help. It did not. Continuing to try and sign in on my phone results in the same automated answer of “sorry something was wrong with your request”. I don’t understand why I can’t sign into my account considering it has not only my phone but email attached to it. I’ve tried reporting the problem, and have received no help. I don’t know exactly where I could email or even text the help line for this app but I’d really like to get back into my account considering there is a lot on there that I simply cannot loose. Besides this one very annoying problem I do enjoy the app very much. I’ve met a lot of my closest friends through the app as well
