Great but a few notable bugs (in my experience)

In my experience, anytime you are cropping a video to fit the one minute time restraint - as soon as you get to the cropping screen, it gets super laggy. And to the point where it is unusable. As well as audio out of sync with the video once posted. Nothing detrimental, but the laggy cropping screen is really annoying, as i post music covers. I always end up cropping a 1:00 segment in photos instead. With every update i hope they fix it but it’s been 5 versions and no difference

Can’t Share to My Story!!

I can’t share to my story!! Can’t share videos or pictures from other accounts to my story! I have reported this many times but nothing has happened please help :(

Snapchat does everything this app does except the unlimited marquee. That’s what has people hooked on this? Lol

I have an iPhone and I don’t get any notifications of when people message me or even when people like my pictures. I looked in my Notification Center and instagram isn’t even on there and I go into the settings and all the notifications are on. I just got a new phone today and still no notifications. My boyfriend also has an iPhone and has the same issue.

Would give 5 if not for this annoying error

When sharing to your story became available I was able to do it then out of nowhere it stopped working for my account. I tried all the fixes I googled and from the Instagram help page (i.e, updating the app, deleting and downloading, checked my story and sharing settings). I finally decided to just make a new account and it worked on there so that ruled out my phone being out of date (iPhone 6s plus) and my app has auto updates. I’m at a lost what to do and I don’t like that I have to make a new account to share to my stories as my original is essential for my work and brand networking. I can only share IGTV videos. Yes I checked if the account was public. I went to the most popular accounts which are always public and still can’t share their posts to my story. The help forum does not work as there is no solution for this problem on there. If anyone or the editors could help me with this I’d gladly return and give 5 stars.
