Cropping and Explore page videos

For some reason whenever I click on an explore page video it won’t play and i have to scroll away from the video and come back to make it play. also, the cropping on instagram is a huge issue for everyone it seems. i don't have this issue on twitter or facebook so i’m confused as to why it’s happening on here.

Of the hundreds of people and pages I follow, I am only showed a fraction as per what I mainly like and show interest in. I’ve seen the same handful of posts in the last several days that keep coming back into my feed simply because I like a lot of the accounts posts and what not. Meanwhile even when people I follow post things I don’t see most of them until I go to their profile, and then it’s in my feed. Please just have more of a balance between followers and pages you visit and interact with recently.

I’ve submitted several requests still nothing I keep sending you guys support messages asking you to unfollow everyone I’m Following but you guys don’t respond so I’m Doing it myself. But every time I’m almost close to doing so you block My actions saying you guys prevent third parties app and I should change my password I do all my unfollowing by myself without no ones help. I kindly asked the limit of actions I can perform but no response I kindly asked face book but still no response . You guys are not showing good customer support right now but can respond instantly to a inappropriate post.
