When you're texting someone through DM and you've sent a message and they see it the “seen” word doesn't pop up when they see it, now its just a space when they see it Instagram new bug fix update please ??♂️

Instagram unblock/block issue is a problem

If two users block each other there should be some type of way that allows at least one user to unblock. Instagram need to fix the software where two user can not block one another. Software states that two people can not block one another but it does. This is a major problem with the software. User profile gets stuck in the block list without any way to release it. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Whenever I post a photo all of the writing I do on the post is deleted. Then when I go to edit the post it won’t save. So I am then stuck having to edit the post multiples times to have what I’ve written be seen. I’ve messaged support multiple times and haven’t gotten a response back, even just an automated one letting me know they received my message.

When I try to log into my acc you won’t let me. It always says “sorry your request is not available” that’s not fair I still can’t log in for weeks

I love Instagram, it’s my favorite social media app. But whenever I open the app or just use it, it keeps freezing and crashing and it takes a while for it to work. This all started when you added IGTV. You had bugs that were similar to this before IGTV but now it’s gotten worse. You should fix your bugs before adding new features. I just updated it to the most recent update saying the “bugs were fixed/improved”, but there was, for me, no improvement. Please keep trying to fix this. I don’t want to get so tired of waiting for this app to unfreeze or load that I want to delete it.
Algorithms are a joke

Instagram is killing small businesses with their algorithms. I may not pull huge numbers with my posts, but lately I’m lucky if a fraction of people see my stuff. If I follow a page it’s because I want to see their posts, not so I can see 10 pages over and over.
