Poor customer service – Ink Cards: Send Custom Cards Review

While the quality is decent, their customer service is poor. I contacted them because a few of my cards had printed dark. Their response stated if my pictures were brighter, it wouldn’t be an issue. Mind you, the original pictures and printed cards were obviously different in terms of brightness. Too bad there isn’t a competitor who can meet the quality or I would have switched. For now, I have limited the number of cards I typically order.
