I miss the original version not because I am nostalgic but BECAUSE IT WORKED. Prime has slower response time when you can get it to start up, every action takes more steps to complete, and there are so many bugs!!!!! I took the latest medal challenge and hacked 355 portals but the game does not acknowledge the medal level- it still appears locked. Please bring our Ingress back!

Honestly a lot complain that ingress does not improve its game but that’s not true They fixed many bugs and game is still very playable I can play for 2 hours at a time and then it crash but most AR GPS game will after 30min Niantic’s games take so long to crash and are over all safety and better than other games Finally I think for this to be a five star They need a better store Better health Monitor And always location on What could be in the store is better bundles And also anomaly pact,operation pack Mission day pack,etc

Contrary to the sad, incessant whining of agents who don’t know how to deal with a little graphic change, Prime is a great scanner. It still has some features that need to be added, but the UI is much more user friendly than [REDACTED]. Eventually, the ones who just want to whine will be weeded out of the bunch, and Ingress will be a game that’s fun to talk about again :) the rest of them can all be redacted from our lives.

The game is really hard to play during the day. But, game play is difficult and the in-game tutorial does not help. Though, I picked up on game mechanics after three days of play...basically selecting choices until they un-grayed. By default, you're forced into the Blue faction and your only indication of this is the color of your Avatar name. By now you'll have invested several hours into the game in support of the Blue faction. When the choice comes up to choose a faction, the majority of players stick with Blue because they see how few Green (The Resistance) portals there are. On iOS, this game drains your battery quickly. And, to top it off, the game requires it to be the only game being actively played. So, there's no toggling between Pokemon Go, Harry Potter Wizard Unite, and Ingress. If you switch to another app, say Discord to check with your local (game) community, Ingress game restarts. It's really frustrating for the game to reboot so frequently.
A couple of things.

One, the map no longer automatically roasted in sync with GPS. Now one must rotate the map manually, as in pre-prime version. Two, recycling items- after being much improved in the previous iteration this new version makes recycling items-MORE cumbersome with an extra window trap required. Two changes for the worse. I love this game and play every day. I embraced Prime with all its issues when most of my fellow players immediately went back to the redacted version. Come on Niantic, stop messing up.

I re-downloaded the app after a few Years only to find that I was banned from the game???? I’m so confused....

I have bean playing this for a few months now and I love it. The only bad part is that I keep getting "your portal called... is getting attacked by..." So it would be easier if you could keep them permanently.
Cannot login. Support say they won't fix.

My device and iOS is on their list of supported devices, but my issue won't be fixed. I cannot login to Prime anymore. I tried to report the bug but the support is incapable of following a conversation. They kept providing the same solutions over and over again which had nothing to do with the issue. The Support's final solution? This: "Please use a different device to continue playing Ingress." Their update broke the game and they won't fix. I have a better solution, I uninstall the game. Good-bye.

No Portals in my town!!! I play hard for L10 and no answers for my new Portals!!! Don’t waste time .... fix this please
