This has been a game changer for us

This is the one app we found that can keep all of our calendars - makes it easy to add to any calendar and has allowed our management staff to stay mobile and current on all calendars in one easy to read format. Everyone can use, see, and update any event or item at any time and everyone with access can see it immediately. This has been a game changer for us in terms of job scheduling, tracking employee outages and reminders of repeat obligations.

I stopped using the app because my needs changed. They make it VERY difficult to stop their service. Both times I contacted them to cancel they basically said that I have to go through iTunes because they do the billing. You will get no assistance from them on how to do this. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to there service unless you plan on a Very difficult process to cancel. Terrible customer service. !!! Buyer beware!

I paid $5 for version 3, then $15 for version 4. I also paid extra for weather TWICE! Version 5 is a subscription service that for $25 A YEAR I can rent what I already bought twice! Why not allow people like me who ALREADY GAVE YOU MONEY to switch to version 5 for free? I’d give this negative stars if I could.

Add me to the list of unhappy long time users of informant. They have always had a propensity to nickel and dime you for every feature. The problem now is we are being forced to upgrade to informant five, We lose many of the features We had previously paid for. This is not a good way to run a company their greed will take them down at some point. Sadly I have deleted informant off my phone and have switched to another product. I am letting everyone know how deceptive their sales strategy is.

I paid for PI, first on the Palm, then on my iPhone. Paid for it again on my iPad. Now I can no longer sync my gcal without paying more. And support is going away and you have to subscribe to their service and pay more over and over again. Well, I'm done with Informant. I'm switching to Outlook. You just lost another loyal customer.

Wanting it to work!!

I’ve been a long time informant user. For the most part I've been very happy with the app and it's increased functionality over the years. I've spent over $75 on this one app to maintain features and functionality. I'm not going to pay a subscription fee for features is previously paid for. Now with the release of 4.94 I at least have some of the original functionality, but I must pay $4.99 for notes, tasks and calendar integration. This is ridiculous! And to make matters worse it's not adequately tracking these additional in app purchases and wants me to pay twice. This is just horrible!!!!

Do not buy any version of Pocket Informant — do not trust these guys with your data or your money. I have relied on this (expensive) app for a long time. But now, out of the blue, basic functions have stopped working without notice, upgrades aren’t safe, and I can’t input simple information, like appts and tasks. I don’t even need the functions they say they have stopped supporting, but it still doesn’t work. Stay away.

Listen I use this app for my schedule this loop advertising your new fancy app is pissing me off. I didn't schedule time to go thru your 15 steps to fix what YOU BROKE. Now I have no schedule access and I'm coping files and all types of other nonsense. I don't have time for this which is WHY I SCHEDULE MY TIME!
