Pocket informant is the best life management, task, calendar, notes app out there and I have been using it faithfully for several years...but I can't give it 5 stars without an Apple Watch complication. I'm shocked that they're behind competitors on this. I'm sure it's coming, but in the meantime I've been forced to switch to another app.

Don't buy this app. Loved this app. Used it for task management. Yesterday I woke up iPad to find only the calendar portion of the app available. Customer support says I have to buy upgrade to get my task list back. Feels like ransom. I didn't ask for the change. This isn't due to hardware or OS no longer compatible. The app guys just decided to lock up the most critical part of my work because they think they need a revenue boost. If I had agreed to a subscription this would have been expected. I buy subscriptions only for very good software that adds value to my work day. I can get a task manager free somewhere else!!

Too complicated. Won't merge with google calendars all the time

I have had this calendar for awhile. I thought it was pricey. But, we run a business and I thought it was worth it. But, this past May when it quit merging/showing/retrieving/syncing with Google calendars we switched. I tried working with support, but it is only vis texting through the app and is too slow. The updates don't help.

I have been using Pocket Informant since it came out. I use the app for all my calendar, task, contacts and projects. I have also now installed the OSX version and am not disappointed at all.

Unparalleled set of features

Used Pocket Informant since my Pocket PC days. The amount of time and project planning features it provides is unparalleled. To date, it is the only app that I know of providing a well implemented "Today" function - what they call "focus". Great integration with Toodledo tasks and Evernote. Two main issues I have with it: 1) slow to cold start on older devices like Mini Retina. I have to keep it running all time. 2) Task Start date functionality was removed from iOS Reminders used in PI. Since at least one more app supports it and has been fully reliable for me for over a year, I suspect the problem was with Informant's implementation of that feature. Bring it back, and it's 5 Stars.

This is hands down, the best Calendar/Task Manager app available for the iphone and iPad. I've been using it for several years and it works flawlessly. It has so many features, it’s amazing and It definitely blows all other calendar apps away. If you're looking for the perfect calendar, then this is it, so don’t hesitate to get it.

Nope. Layout and Font Too Small

On an iPhone 5 running iOS 9.3.3, the Informant screen's icons and font are too small to be usable.

This calendar is great, I love how it has a focus tab that you press to see when you need to leave for ur appt and they made it to where u can see more than just today. I share my calendar with my kids and husband and it's super easy to use and keeps us synced. What's awesome is it has an address bar when you add an event you can start typing the address or even the name of person or business and it'll auto populate with that choice. Even if the addresses aren't in your contact list it still finds it. I put in a business the other day, that's not in contacts, and it brought up the address of it. I really like this app.

I never write reviews, but I just had to for this. It is my life tucked all in one App. I use it all day, everyday. They keep adding features and making it even better. Do not hesitate buying the premium!! I just downloaded for my teenager on her phone. Thanks Informant!
