Too complicated. Won't merge with google calendars all the time – Informant - Agenda, Tasks, Notes Planner Review

I have had this calendar for awhile. I thought it was pricey. But, we run a business and I thought it was worth it. But, this past May when it quit merging/showing/retrieving/syncing with Google calendars we switched. I tried working with support, but it is only vis texting through the app and is too slow. The updates don't help.
