This is a horrible app! Doesn’t let me log in, I put my information correct and still doesn’t let me ! I try resetting my password and it says it sends me a text or email and never does! Please just FIX THE APP!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. First of all the app wasn’t good to begin with. Then they “forced” you to update it to even use it. No not a single thing works on the app after update. Very very disappointed. Fix the whole thing

The app doesn’t work and the website doesn’t work. You continuously put in your log in info and always says incorrect username and password. Very frustrating especially when you are trying to make a payment after business hours.
App Doesnt Work

The app used to be good before the update. Now that the app is updated you can’t check the app because it force closes on its own. How are we expected to pay a bill if you say our password is incorrect and our number doesnt match the system? There is no way to update anything, you cannot open the app or it self closes out. Ive tried uninstalling and installing the app and it just doesnt work.
SAVE money and go somewhere else!

I’ve had Geico and Progressive before and at the dealer when we purchased the second car, we were approached by insurance agent to open a new policy instead of adding the car to existing policy. After showing us the premiums, the agent convinced us that it’s the best option. So we did. Well, after prepaying the premium in full for 6 months, the premium went up 6 times in 2.5 months that I have the coverage!!!!!!!! And customer service doesn’t answer any of the questions! They don’t explain anything or don’t care about customers! They tell you that directly! At this point, I would be better off going ANYWHERE else but Infinity. Learn from my mistakes! Never had such a negative experience with insurance company before.

This insurance company is a theft of money. No matter how much you pay for your policy, they will always look for a way to not pay for your car.

DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE FROM INFINITY!! Every time I try to chat with the agent using the app, it never works! Agent’s chats are coming in, but it wouldn’t let me type anything at all and it gets disconnected. Never used any app with this bad quality, and it’s so hard to reach the representative on the phone. I have to wait at least 30 mins on hold to speak to someone. They also charges $5 to modify your insurance and $20 to cancel the policy. Insane. I’m so glad I am switching to another company now.

App works good for showing insurance cards on screen. App sends you to secure form on website when trying to make a payment &/or submit claims. No way to know what you’re paying for, as representatives don’t explain coverage & cheapest plan is always provided first. These lower plans provide bare minimum coverage with no way to know exact details unless looking over declaration page. Policy shows as active with no payment due even no payment made after expiration date. No way to delete personal information &/or request deactivation of account when switching to new provider.
