I can't even set up an account! I've tried to get a code sent to me so I can set up payments for the past week or so and nothing. I've pressed the resend link several times (and yes I checked to make sure it's the right phone number I've asked to get the code sent to) and still, nothing! So annoying. I'd rate them no stars if I could.

If I could rate INFINITY ZIRO stars I would. This Insurance Is theft of money for six month. NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED!

This is a company who will never pay any claims you make to them. There’s so many hidden things in there policy to make sure they never have to pay claims. Corrupt business. App works great though ! Lol.

This app is absolutely terrible. You have a hard time chatting with an agent as quickly as they reply because the box where you type doesn’t pop up right away, very frustrating. They somehow had my birthday completely incorrect so I had a hard time creating the online account. They somehow took 2 payments in the same month. I only switched to infinity insurance because AAA was much too expensive..but I sure do miss their app :( if they were to get the bugs in this app fixed it might be better. Also I can’t seem to find a way to add my insurance cards to my apple wallet.

At first I was able to pay my bill through the app and now the app freezes and deleted and reinstalled app but still not working

Expensive Insurance where you pay agent to do nothing for you, instead of lowering your premium the raise your rates so the can receive money for free, not anymore!!!

Llevaba un año con ellos use el app y no sirve por un mal entendido en el chat que se friso no me quieren renovar realmente no sirve
