App won’t log in

My app won’t allow me to login, but I can login online. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it. Still says username /password incorrect

Horrible app it has so many bugs it freezes during chats, it freezes when your trying to input information it’s horrible!!

Like come on!!! Im inputting my info correctly and it still wont let me make an account. I already have a policy but i want the app to make things easier. This app is terrible.

Every time I go to app it crashes and it won’t show my Insurance ID card can you please fix
