Won’t let me make a payment

Every time I try to make a payment the screen says loading then sends me back to the main menu.

App is full of bugs it won’t let me make a payment every time I tap on make a payment option nothing happens. Tried to refresh several times nothing happens terrible experience and now my payment is gonna be late and their website page is even worse. Won’t let me set up auto pay and still won’t let me make a payment. HORRIBLE STUFF.

If i could give 0 stars i would i have never experienced such a horrible insurance company! The app never works you can not pay online. Nobody answers when you call customer service! Ive called multiple times & only got in contact with them twice once i asked them to add a driver to the plan & they told me it was already done & it clearly wasnt i called again 1 week later & they told me it was already done again & i told them it wasnt at that point i gave up. Not worth the time or money on this company! Yet this company is worth $12 billion & cant have a decent available working app for thier customers.

Please be competitive in the major of auto insurance because I think your app is kinda old and I gave 5 stars because I was picked a random by an agent for my SR-22 non-owned. I just want to see your app become fabulous I guess???. Also, you should update is available in the apple wallet and fix those one-star ratings have said. Tbh, I don't want to waste money on 1-star auto insurance so please improve better and go strong ✊. Peace outtttt

Zero Customer Service and they charge you like crazy and in my case they charged me almost 300 USD named it "opening policy" be careful even if your best friend try to refer you by using Word of Mouth method!! They have no intention for not charging its own customers in this nation wide quarantine time as well!! Central Auto Insurance Company working as their direct agents may bribe people's friends for selling you to these guys!! Never accept anyone's suggestion even your friends!!
