Pay again for iPad version?

This would have been a five star rating, but it just pisses me off that I have to pay *again* for the full version of an app, after I already paid for on my iPhone. I get that app development ain’t easy, or profitable especially today. But, c’mon guys, there isn’t even an option to pay the $3 difference between iPhone ($6.99) and iPad ($9.99) versions?!?! I’m especially upset because this app was one of the few reasons I was super excited to break in the new iPad I got for x-mas, only to find out the Grinch had stolen my holiday: logging into my account I expected to see all my previous projects from my iPhone waiting for me. Whomp whomp! What a bummer! Am still not convinced these developers deserve another ten bucks from me, which is really sad. The distinct tools, handling of vector paths, and unrivaled sharpness of pixel-based brushes set this app apart from the competition, but I might just have to make do with what Adobe chooses to grace the lowly starving artists whom can only afford the non-subscription version of Fresco. ??

Personally this app is great for new artists but there’s one thing you have to pay for that’s unreasonable, you have to pay for layers as an artist this is not mandatory

Something has happened with this app where it glitches out and sends me home every time I try to choose a new style of pen/eraser or try to open a new project. I have a lot of requests coming around, please fix this quickly!!!

I was wanting procreat but I found out that it wasn’t free:( but i came across this app and downloaded. It was amazing! I love the features! But after a week or 2, all the stuff I could use,I had to pay for. I don’t understand....why couldn’t we even have LAYERS?! Good app 1st but after it’s just.....

This is definitely one of the better illustration apps and has a huge room to grow as well. This app will remain 5 stars from me unless they decide to do a monthly or yearly subscription. If they go that route I will be forced to give it a low rating, deletion of app and no longer will be willing to promote it. I draw the line at software rentals. Keep up the great work! I look forward to future updates!

I downloaded this app last week. I was so happy when I found it because it was free, and seemed to have the features of paid apps that I really wanted. Well now this week they changed it and you have to pay for EVERYTHING. Literally the only thing you can do now is free hand draw with basic brushes. No more grids, layers, symmetry, perspective. It’s so mean that they would do this because I was in the middle of a project that I now cannot finish. :( there are better apps to download. With the price might as well get procreate.

I stumbled upon this app three weeks ago, all I can say is wow. What can I say, the default brushes are really good, it definitely mimics real life pencils & brushes. I would highly recommend this app to anyone trying transition from traditional to digital. All around solid app.

I loved this app but if some tools did not cost that is to say that they were totally free, it would be perfect and I feel that some tools that cost are basic to the drawing and should be free, but from there, everything is excellent.
Would be great if my purchase of “everything” worked

I can only get the full version to work on first load. Then it goes to trial. Deleted and reinstalled same thing. I tried to get a refund because of this but apple’s AI determined I shouldn’t get one for an app I paid for but doesn’t work. If this problem can be fixed please tell me here in 6 days before the trial expires. Else I’ll keep the 2 star rating and complain a lot online and in the forums.
