Can't connect to internet

Grootbek

Just errors out saying it can't connect to the internet. All other apps work fine.

No longer works

lalalasdreamy

The latest update broke this app on the iPhone 8plus. The app no longer shows any yellow dots.

Language based on your location

mile-jp

This is so dumb! Who said that i want the app language based on my location ??

Doesn’t work

samspade21

Scanning the floor creates no “yellow dots”. Just makes you wander around looking at the floor through your phone.

Broken

Flying Hawaiian.

Now I can’t even get the app to work. Says can’t connect to the internet on my iPhone and iPad. Obviously I’m connected to the internet. Update. Now it’s working. I applaud the developers for responding and fixing the issue. I just wish the app stayed the server was done instead of saying I had the internet issue.

Fun Way To Test Out Furniture

Seba G

It’s missing some items from their catalog and it’s a bit hard to find what you’re looking for but overall pretty fun way to see how furniture will fit.

App issues

djseva.tech

Update: Issue has been resolved! Thank you for addressing it! App works great and it is very helpful. I only wish more furniture is included but I think that that will come through time. Definitely worth downloading! I’m sorry that I have to say this in a review but there is no easy way of contacting app developer. Problem: It work first time I used it and then every time afterwards keeps saying that it can’t connect to internet. I am connected to internet and all other apps have no problem with internet connection and that includes “IKEA Store” app. Same issue is when connected over LTE with wi-if disabled. So, I can’t give app fair review or rate it any higher for I’m unable to use it. I’m using iPhone 8 Plus.

Not perfect, but great idea

I love this app and where this technology is headed. I would love to give it a five, but it's not quite there yet. Definitely an app worth having. And to those giving low ratings because you can't figure out this very simple app, that's not cool. Yes, when you first select a piece of furniture it appears huge, but if you push it away from you it gets smaller. Then tap it and it drops to the floor.

I love IKEA. This is the worst app I’ve ever used.

Girlchef

The search function on this app is worthless. I really want a Norden gateleg table for my kitchen, so I was super excited to see it in AR on my new iPhone 8. I searched for Norden... nada. I searched for gateleg... nada. I searched for table.... every other thing than what I wanted. It’s back to my tape measure & my iPad. Deleting this immediately. Such a sad disappointment. ?

Works extremely well- but a few suggestions

anarchyx34

I have to say I’m incredibly impressed at how well this app works. It’s probably the best implementation of ARKit I’ve seen yet. I just used it during an open house to get an idea of what the living room would look like furnished and it was incredibly helpful. Some of the models actually look lifelike. My only suggestions is regarding saving photos. They save in portrait mode, even if you are holding the phone in landscape mode requiring you to manually rotate each one after the fact. That and the process of hitting the shutter button, then hitting the share button and selecting save image is tedious. It would be better if it saved directly to the camera roll so you can fire off multiple shots from different angles uninterrupted. Other than that it’s well executed and coming in very handy.
