Latest update fails to work

On launch I get “We cannot connect to the Internet. Check your settings.” I’m apparently not the only one.

When it worked it was fine, but after a few updates it now says it can’t connect to the internet even though every other app on my phone can.

Not much to say other than the app doesn’t work. The app says it can’t connect to the internet, everything else works including AR Explorer

I am having issues even launching the app. I am running a beta of iOS 11.1 hopefully this issue of “unable to connect to _____.” I have recently moved and wanted to see how some of ikea’s products would look in my new house.

This is what happens when I open up your latest IKEA app with AR. I have an iPhone 6s with iOS 11.0.3, and an iMac 27 inch desktop(late 2013) with Sierra OS 10.12.6. I can hook them up via USB hardwire-connected “personal hotspot“ through T-Mobile, but I have no “home Internet“. My only Internet is through my cell carrier. So do I have to have a Wi-Fi connection through a router or something? Because if I do, then I’m not going to fool with it as I do not want the Wi-Fi radiation cancer risk. Or can I work it with my cellular connection only? If so, what settings do I need to set in order to work your app as my iPhone is clearly getting Internet, or else you would not be able to read this review.

Both iPhone and iPad say the app can’t connect to the internet. Our internet is fine and everything else works fine. Just this app isn’t working. Already deleted and reinstalled on both devices. No luck.

I just downloaded it using a internet connection. It’s jelling at me it cannot connect to the internet and I should check my settings lol FAIL.

Worked when it first came out but tried today and just get a message "We can't connect to the internet. Check your settings." I think my Internet is working fine. Writing this review on the same iPad with the error.
