Good start. Interface needs work

Latest feature adding map of nearest taxi is great. In general, the interface is not that intuitive. Should put booking menu on main home screen and make it clear and prominent, not lost in the upper corner. The minutes display to the nearest taxi is a horrible block font with shading across the middle that is nearly illegible. Use a simple Helvetica or something like that. Consider preloading it with a set of popular destinations like the Airport, key hotels or businesses, etc,
Used to work...now it doesn't.

This app worked great before the iOS8 upgrade. Now it just freezes whenever you try to add a date and time. Very frustrating.
Poor User Experience

My rating is based entirely on user experience within the app. I did not actually hail a cab, for reasons stated below. When opening the app, you are bombarded with popups containing terms and conditions and disclaimers. After clicking through those, you must register to see any functionality. I just wanted to know whether I could pay via the app or not, and after going through registration, I still don't know! There is an option to specify you want to pay via "account" (which requires an account number -- obviously not for me), or via CC, but setting the preference to CC does not prompt you for your CC info, so either you enter it when you hail the taxi, or it is just telling the driver that's how you want to pay. (I have had very mixed results trying to pay for taxis with CC in mpls, so I consider not dealing with the transaction to be one of the most compelling reasons to use an app like this.) It was also quite unclear where to tap to hail a taxi, and overall poor UX left me feeling extremely leery of using this for anything. The app didn't crash in my 5 minutes fiddling with it, that's about the highest praise I can give.

You set up an account, and then go to log in, and then it does not remember you. You reset your password, and it does not remember you. You reset again, and it does not remember you. You delete the app.
Bookings are randomly cancelled

I've tried numerous times. Each time my booking gets cancelled. Waited 45 minutes after numerous attempts and still no cab. Uber picked me up on just five minutes. Save time and skip this terribly designed app.

I am disabled. My driver was very kind and helpful with getting in/out of cab and with my walker. App worked fine.

I see this app all over bathroom walls. Thought I would give it a try. Pathetic. Horrible UI, not intuitive. Don't waste your time. Uber is still better.
No Short Fares?

Looks like your drivers don't accept short fares. I waited on the rain for a cab that just didn't show.
