I have been using the App for a number of months and it has stopped working for scheduling Taxis to airport from Eden Prairie MN. zip code 55347. Can you pls review and fix this asap.

This app used to work great, but now I can’t even tell if it booked a taxi for me. I have deleted it and am now calling every time I need to get a taxi. You have to type in addresses every time, it doesn’t remember past bookings, and there is no where to look at current bookings. It’s useless. Why was it changed from the previous app? Will never use it again, and if I find a way to get a different type of car for airport runs I’ll do that too.

How many times do you get “failed to retrieve configuration data” while trying to create an account to use the app before totally giving up? For me it was about 20. Enough is enough! Hire the creators of the Uber app or any of the similar that seem to know how to create a transportation booking app that really actually works, because these guys apparently can’t get it right.

When I booked my early morning taxi the night before, I entered the hotel name. This morning when the taxi was dispatched, it gave a completely different address to the driver. Glad I had some time to get to the airport!
