Worthless app/system

I'm sure the positive reviews are fake. Call me spoiled with Uber and being able to see the location of the car, the name and phone number of my driver, approximate time of pickup, and the ability to call my driver... This app basically doesn't give you any of this and when I received a text that my car would be arriving I waited 20 minutes, then made 2 more "reservations". I finally went out in the cold and snow to hail a cab. I got one in a minute due to my location. While boarding my cab the previous reservation via iHail pulled up and argued with my driver that I was his fair. This obviously has a long long way to go. You can't expect the disrespectful drivers of a religion and perspective of hating Americans will ever be able to care enough to pull a decent and professional business together... Even if it helps themselves. Too forward thinking I guess. This truly is not a political/religious/racism rant. Back to Uber and premium prices. A bad Uber ride is immeasurably better than a this experience. App deleted.

App took many minutes to find my street. Then it told me my street address (home for 8 yrs) was invalid. That's the end of the app for me - I can't be picked up at my own home. However, I also found it extremely slow and difficult to use. No more convenient than just calling.

Setting this up was a complete waste of time. The first sentence of the Terms of Use says it all: you expected that a taxi would actually come? Ha!

Set a booking for an airport pickup the night before. Called in the morning because it still said "pending" and was told to expect a call. Called again at pickup time and was told no taxi picked up the order because there is a special flag that must be set, and that it was my fault for "placing the order on your own." App is worthless if I have to call to ensure pickup.

I arranged a 30 minute ride into Mpls. The app was extremely simple & easy to use. I got accurate information about where the cab was, ETA, had a timely driver, and was able to enter specifics for the return ride out of Mpls. The driver was polite and professional. I will definitely use this app and company again.

It is currently 7:36 am. My cab was supposed to be here 6 minutes ago for the airport. Guess what! When I went to check the booking for the time, the booking was cancelled! Within the last 15 minutes, it was cancelled. I got no notice, no phone call, no email. There is no number to call. It is you late to drive and park. Waiting for a friend to pick me up and hopefully I will make my flight!! Not reliable.

Worthless. It uses to work at least to a half-assed degree, now it's totally worthless. And the drivers are dicks if you're booking a prepaid ride for someone else.

I have been waiting 35 minutes for a cab to pick me up in downtown St. Paul. 15 minutes ago, I received an email stating I had been picked up. Not the case. What a waste.
Cancels cab when almost there

No stars. App canceled my cab "automatically" when it was only 1/4 mile away. That's what it said--"automatically"
