Update caused my device to stop connecting

The update yesterday has caused my device that connected to both my iPhone/iPad and Mac to stop connecting to my iPhone/iPad. When I connect to the device it says it not connected in the app

As soon as I connected my iDisk to my iPhone it did ask me to download idisk pro app after the download the app never detects the idisk device. No matter what you do it shows idisk not connected.
App update will not read usb

Downloaded app, it opens but as soon as I tap a feature app closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app but same thing. It’s just non functional.

I’ve been using this app for at least three months now. Everything was working good. But after this recent update, it’s not working. It’ll ask for permission to open iDiskk app. I allow it. When the app opens up, it says that iDiskk is not connected..

When I first got it I mistakenly downloaded the pictures to it as HEIC. I can say that customer support was great and prompt. Converted my pictures to jpeg and went to put those pictures on the iDisk and now it won’t connect. Disappointed at this point. There has to be an easier way. Back to customer support.
Big problem ??

There is a Very Big Problem when i go to transfer anything from my device to the usb flash driver and it close with itself every time i use to do that So ican’t transfer any thing from my iphone to the idisk usb flash
Crashes when moving lots of photos

The app crashes when very time I try to move more than 20 photos, or any video. I personally was trying to move around 200 photos from my phone to the flash drive. So after about 30 minutes and multiple crashes later, I finally finished. But to my disappointment I found that only about HALF of the photos actually made it to the flash drive. Absolutely unacceptable.
