Not connecting – iDiskk Pro Review

When I first got it I mistakenly downloaded the pictures to it as HEIC. I can say that customer support was great and prompt. Converted my pictures to jpeg and went to put those pictures on the iDisk and now it won’t connect. Disappointed at this point. There has to be an easier way. Back to customer support.
