Have IOS 12.3 the app works fine, can’t really till the difference between video quality setting tho, idk how to change the name of files on the iPhone but it’s easy to get around on a computer, I think they should add a feature to go to video to video or picture to picture
An Emergency Only Tool... Disappointing

If you would like to share select pix and videos with a friend or family member you can use this. If you want to use it as a backup tool, it doesn’t work. - Backups are incomplete - App crashes if you try to copy/paste too many pix or videos - Names of pix and videos are changes to raw names Does not really live up to what it is advertised to do.

I have 2 iDiskk sticks (32GB each), which worked great, until recently. I used them to store all videos I downloaded from YouTube, then copy them back to iPad when I needed. Now, I can not communicate anything between iDiskk and App. I can not copy anything from iDiskk to App, but I can still copy stuff from my iPad to app. I have iDiskk 4.2.14.69, and iPad 12.3.1. Please advice what to do. Thanks. Betty
Crashes every time

There was not a single time when this app didn’t crash while I was trying transfer photos, videos from the device to the disk.
Poor app makes the device basically useless

Title is self-explanatory. I can’t even use the device because the app crashes if I try to copy anything to the flash drive from my iPhone. If I try to use the photo backup feature, it doesn’t actually copy everything over. So there is clearly a file size limitation of some sort in place.

The app worked well for the first few months but by Oct. 2019- present (July 2019) I’ve had so many issues w/the app constantly crashing, over and over again. Attempts to uninstall and reinstall fave been futile and useless. Now I see this company has some new portable hard drive or some crap they’re selling when they can’t even keep THIS app working properly! I’m this upset because this stick wasn’t cheap at nearly 60$! Fix and MAINTAIN your app for your customers!

I have court in days for custody, completed the app update and prior to the update I was very pleased with the product, but now it has completely screwed my evidence. I have no time to order another and I have to try to locate a similar product locally and start all over.
Disappointed, just doesn’t work consistently

I wish I had read app reviews prior to buying the 1 TB storage unit (which I will be retuning). I would not have wasted as many hours of time turning the unit on & off, plugging & unplugging it and removing protective cases from devices etc. Tried all the trouble shooting but it just doesn’t consistently turn on, read files or transfer photos to files. Crashed in the middle of moving photos and would say no files or idiskk not connected etc etc. After 3 days and a few hours each day I’ve had enough. Don’t waste your money or time.
