Lost my trust
Never too many tools
Like many others, I was a long time user of MEO. I purchased the Pro version as it promised a one time fee and local backup (not to a server or now the ‘cloud’). However with their changed business model and heavy handed tactics, I made the painful decision to re-enter all my data into a different app and delete this one. At least I don’t have to keep looking at this update notification on the App Store.

Had the previous version, no problems. The so called upgrade was into a version that is more limited and needs a yearly fee. It was never stated that this will happen before the “upgrade”. Scam?

I can create a custom category but then cannot add items to this category????? Would give it 5 stars if this problem was resolved.

Over $30 to add additional items. What a rip off. I have had this app for a number of years and have never felt I had to backup my information to a third party, I already backup my iPhone on a regular basis. But this latest release is clearly trying to force existing users onto their subscription service. Too many “developers” are offering a basic free package, and than try to entice you with additional features for a small fee. So now I will try to find alternative or revert to pen & paper, at least that’s free.
Scam - basic features no longer work

Worked great until the recent upgrade. Now they require a paid upgrade to use features that use to work (for the last 5 years). I originally paid for the app, and now they want me to pay again to keep features working.
No longer any good.

This app used to be the best but now it requires a subscription and cloud syncing to use it. I would have happily paid for the continued use of the app as it was but not with the new requirements. Sadly deleting it after many years of use.

You get to keep it on your phone long enough to get all your passwords entered then they force you to sync all of your passwords to their cloud where even Steve Jobs said all clouds can be hacked. I don’t know about you but I can’t take the risk.
Best Password App Ever

Easy to use and has many options for everything from computer logins, medications and passwords. The Sync function allows you to use across many devices which is awesome for someone on the go. Had this app for years when it was called “My Eyes Only” and has only gotten better and better. Best customer service ever. Only two small issues in all the years and they both were fixed same day! I highly recommend this app.
