I had this app for more than two years. It was great. I stored all my passwords and info in here. All of a sudden the app is gone. I didn't delete anything and I've had the same phone. It's just concerning to me that I don't know where all of my info went!

Have had this app for years and recommended it to many. After an app update yesterday I can no longer access all my passwords. When I enter my opening password it says it’s incorrect. I have no access to hundreds of passwords.
After September 2017 Update, can't my password doesn't work

After I updated the app last night suddenly I can't log in with my password, I am stuck, can someone please correct this and undo something so I can sync my password to your pro version!

After the release in Sept 2017, I am no longer able to log into the app. So all of my passwords are essentially lost. Awesome.

I’ve been using the My Eyes Only app for several years and with many different iPhone generations, so I began to really put trust into its reliability and security. I know my password to enter the app like the back of my hand. I’ve never changed the password, so it’s become routine for me to enter over the years of utilizing the app. Today, September 21, 2017, I just updated my iPhone to iOS 11.0 and now I can’t get into the app. I’ve entered the CORRECT password in multiple times, but it states it’s incorrect (NOT TRUE). I’ve entered the correct password in so many times that it now states that if I enter it “incorrectly” again, it will delete all my data. I’ve lost everything; freaking fabulous! Useless app!

Can no longer access my passwords after latest update. I paid for this app years ago and have loved it - now it is useless. I wouldn't waste money on another Software Ops app.

This company is a scam. Do not use them. They should be sued for stealing personal data. Apple should ban them from the App Store.
Broke after IOS 11 upgrade

Terrible app and support. I paid fir this app and now after IOS 11 it just broke. The idiot from support, just told me that if I had the classic, there was nothing they could do. They dis this on purpose so they force us to buy something else. What a scam!!!
