Lost all my passwords

To repeat what other reviews here say, the app locked me out suddenly yesterday. My password for the didn't work. Needless to say this has caused a big problem. The app has been trying to push me to a subscription service for a couple of years. It kind of feels like a scam.

Been using classic version for years.. updated app and it no longer recognizes my password. Contacted developer and was lectured about upgrading to cloud based app for storage. That’s not what I purchased originally. I should be able to use it as originally designed. Developer simply said nothing more could be done. Now update available, but I’ve moved on. Sloppy. Find another app.

I paid for the product MyEyesOnly. It was not free. I paid money for it. Now they are forcing an upgrade that requires monthly subscription. This has to be illegal. Pay us or you can no longer get to your data using the software that you paid for initially. Don’t do it.

Back in Sept 2017 MEO Classic updated the app and locked early users out of this app. App states that the password is incorrect, when it isn’t. I read the website, have done everything to try to retrieve my info. Then this new ID Lock comes out and I had hoped that these people would have tried to fix that error. They have NOT! I am still getting the same thing incorrect password. Don’t bother trusting people who have no intention of fixing their error for people who have been faithful users for years. This only happened to the earliest users! Thanks a lot!

This should not be an update! The old MEO should be left as a non updated and non supported app so that users who wish to stay with that version can. Now, I’m in the uncomfortable situation of having a persistent update icon for an app I will never update again. If I’m unfortunate enough to mistakenly hit update-all, I wind up like many others being forced to pay to get functionality back. Why the App Store has no function to ignore specific updates is a complete mystery...

I have been using and purchased My Eyes Only when they first came out with the app. I was worried I was going to lose my information once I updated to LockID. I am HAPPY that I did not lose any information. I would be happier if you would make an Android LockID app. Thank you for the improvements you have made!

The app has been very useful all through the years as MEO . For once I don’t lose my passwords again . I only had concern when MEO stopped adding new entries . Even though we were Pre informed. but my entries were still accessible anyway . I was praying for the app to be operational again and I am so glad that It came back again as ID LOCK . Thank you so much for the good job .

It was a great app till it was transformed to a money maker for someone else , an I had the app an paid for it when it first came out an you want me to pay again for the same app !! You have lost a customer an my respect .
