Update locked me out of app

I have ants in my pants

Per other reviews. Used this app for many years. Have not changed password. Today I entered correct password 3 times and app did not recognize my password and locked me out. HELP!!! fix app please.

I love "My Eyes Only". Have been using it for years. Unfortunately I did an app update and now I can't not get into the app. There's no way to reset my password, so now I'm stuck until they decide to fix this problem. Extremely annoyed!!!!

I have used the app for several years and I updated to the latest version and now I can no longer get in. I 1000% know my password and the upgrade will not let you get in.

Been using this app for long time. Tried to login and it does not recognize my password. All my info is gone. What happened and how do I get my info back!! Someone please explain and provide response and help!! Not cool!!

Bottom line, I’m locked out of the app and cannot get my data. The lack of communication has been terrible. The blog has fixed but none of them work. I tried everything. Had huge trust for this app and it let me down. Zero stars if I could.

I've had use this app for a few years now and with the latest update it has now said my password is incorrect and with multiple attempts it will change my password and delete my saved content. Now what??? So great what am I suppose to do now? Update....so the developer wrote telling me to update to the 3 something version. Well I did, and all it’s wanting is for me to start a whole new account, from scratch. All my info is still gone. Went ahead a deleted the app and begin using a new password app and resetting ALL my passwords on everything. Stay away from this app and developer if you hold anything dear to you. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!

Update to my review 09/28/2017 I reached out to the developer and the President of the company himself replied my email. We exchanged several emails and he could not be more courteous, informative and caring. My whole perception changed. He followed up with me and advised me of the changes coming and how hard they were working on a solution. And it came! -Thank you Joe and the whole team! We customers usually are quick to criticize and complain. I think we should also be twice as quick to recognize peoples' genuine effort to help their customer. In technology, things like these happen. They're upsetting, but fortunately, in this instance it got resolved. -Again, thank you Software Ops! To the developer: How can I contact you guys? Your last update cut my access to the app, need passwords for work. You guys locked me out!!! Now you broke my access with your latest update. I can't get into the app to retrieve the passwords with which I work!!!!!!!!!
