Love the Live Streaming, but...

The update a few months back really changed things. I didn’t mind watching all the normal commercials, like regular tv. But now, with the update, certain commercials are blocked (no big deal) with a green screen & silence. Then all of a sudden another commercial will come on really loud. Really Really Loud. Then another block of green screen & silence. Then another one comes blasting at you. It’s ridiculous. So instead of suffering through them, I mute them. Is this the advertiser’s choice to be loud, louder, or loudest? And is it their intention for the consumer to mute their product and not pay attention to what is being peddled?

I love this channel, but the app is not as good as it should be. No commercials would make it better to catch up or binge on a series. Also, some cases are repetitive, thus predictable.

I absolutely love your ID channel, but I have unbundled my Dish from Frontier and I don’t see Dish in your lineup???Help Can your ID be purchased like Amazon and Netflix or on one of them. I would love if it were! I would pay ? in a heartbeat! Thanks, Alice Shealy

Watching Guilty Rich-In The Shadow of Privilege This is is set in New England and yet the shot of the finger dialing in a phone is using a British phone!!!

I can’t sign in with Cox cause I am in assisted living & we just pay a flat rate for tv. Therefore I don’t have the username & password for the app. Frustrating!
