Great Network-Good App

I can spend hours at home watching ID. The shows are great with my favorite being Homicide Hunter. Having the App is great for when I’m on-the-go, but I do believe it lags a little too much. It doesn’t seem to run as smoothly as other comparable apps do on my iPhone X. Also, it doesn’t have a “current streaming” function, meaning when you’re watching something and want to look around the app, it doesn’t minimize the video playback where you can easily return to what you’re streaming and pause it or stop it. Instead, you have to navigate yourself back to the show and the episode to return to playback controls. YouTube TV and other streaming services minimize the playback so you can quickly return. This is made even more frustrating when you’re casting with Chromecast. Also, when an episode ends, it doesn’t automatically play the next episode like other streaming services do such as Netflix or Hulu. Both of these additions and increased stability and performance would make this a five star app. I hope to see these changes in future updates and still give it four stars for content availability.
Too many adds if you try to fast forward

Doesn’t pick up where you left off on episodes. Don’t even try fast forwarding. It plays a ridiculous amount of ads. Won’t even switch to a new episode, plays even more adds only to fast forward in the new episode
Verizon Fios? Not on the list?

I used to enjoy this app when I had Cox as my cable provider. I just changed to Fios and they are not listed! How can the largest wireless carrier in the country NOT be on the subscriber list!! I realize this the cable/ Fios portion of Verizon, but still. Really???? Very disappointing.

I was so excited when I saw the app! I downloaded it, input my cable info, found my show..but I can't watch anything. It freezes with 18 seconds left in the ads before the show. I connected with wifi. I used LTE. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Opening and closing. Nothing works. You also can't resume your episode! Who does that these days!? It's impossible. I just wanted to watch Homicide Hunter :(

Use it to watch a show that used to be on Netflix, only pain is the ads but they gotta make their money someway, very smooth and easy app to use, ?

I love the channel but I hate the app I can’t sign into the app so it is a useless waste of space on my IPad I am deleting it immediately

The app itself may be good but it’s useless for me. I can’t watch anything on it because FIOS and ID can’t come to an agreement on usage thus I can’t login with my FIOS account. I pay too much money to deal with this BS. You two need to get your issues worked out so I can access what I pay for. Otherwise I will have no option but to cancel the cable once my contract is up.
