I have tried on my IPad and all of my TV’s and keep getting error “back end server error”. I have tried a number of time to contact them with no response. Very disappointed.

This isn’t a review for a phone app, but on the Roku 4. There’s a specific commercial that freezes every time and restarts the commercials over again in an infinite loop.

That’s all I get when I try to go on this app. It’s so annoying! Love this channel. But fix the issues.
The ads are too much!!!

I would absolutely love this app if it wasn’t for all the ads!! There’s so many and so long!! Please change it to like 1 or 2 ads per commercial! Why is there 6 or 7 ads playing at once and for so long??

LOVED the app when it first launched! However now I HATE, HATE, HATE all the commercials!! Literally there are 7 long commercials between segments and they sometimes run the exact same one over and over and over back-to-back! Just annoying enough to make me stop using it!
Can’t unlock shows

It won’t allow me to login my subscription provider at all. At times it says error. Other times I get a blue ring and then nothing. A few times I got to a screen that allowed me to choose my provider and that’s as far as I got. Boo

I’ve been using it for about a month and it’s been great I haven’t had any trouble with it shutting down and restarting or anything but I mostly watch it late at night so maybe that makes a difference

Tired of repeating ads.......and tired of having to sign in with my cable provider EVERY TIME YOUR APP CRASHES.....don’t have that issue on my iPhone X. Please fix ASAP.....
