Love this app... has great videos that are informational and interactive. I enrolled on the app, it only took a couple of minutes!
Really Bad "App"

This is not really an "app." It's just a very specific web viewer. The screens are not optimized for mobile devices, so why create this app? It's just as easy (or perhaps, difficult) to simply go to their web page via the web browser already on my phone. The process for setting up my online account was painful! I did not know that I needed a confirmation number to complete registration. That message was never displayed. I finally had to call the support number and the gentleman mentioned that part. Once I got logged in, I was disappointed to find that I cannot use many of the features because they are not optic or mobile screens. So...what's the point?

It just works. I can manage my retirement via my mobile device! The screens are easy even with my bad eyes. Very well done ICMA-RC.
Simply horrible

Every time you hit the “back” button, it logs you off. Been doing that for 2-3 years, showing they make zero updates or improvements. Can’t read documents on iPhone, so why make it an iPhone app? Someone else commented that it’s a little scary that such a simplistic app for a company that has been entrusted with all my money!! ?
Worst app on my phone

Got the app hoping to that it would be easier to use than the website, lol. It’s just as terrible as the website, probably designed by the same folks. I wouldn’t recommend downloading it, you’d be taking up valuable internets from folks trying to upload cat pictures.
Terrible attempt at an app

This is not an app. It is a bunch of links on a splash page. It is slow, cumbersome, and so outdated. Difficult to navigate. No where near competitors on the technology front. Pot some development into building a nice app and user interface for your customers. This thing you call an app is junk.
