Really Bad "App" – ICMA-RC Review

This is not really an "app." It's just a very specific web viewer. The screens are not optimized for mobile devices, so why create this app? It's just as easy (or perhaps, difficult) to simply go to their web page via the web browser already on my phone. The process for setting up my online account was painful! I did not know that I needed a confirmation number to complete registration. That message was never displayed. I finally had to call the support number and the gentleman mentioned that part. Once I got logged in, I was disappointed to find that I cannot use many of the features because they are not optic or mobile screens. So...what's the point?
